Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your Snap Tiles product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will rectify the issue promptly by sending the correct items or issuing a refund.

Refund Method
